Shipping Policy

Standard shipping takes 3 to 5 business days with USPS, (this does not include processing time). 

For any & ALL customized item(s) the processing time may take up to 14 business days, so please plan your purchase accordingly. For any questions please feel free to contact me via email at GoddessCave@gmail.com

 

Return Policy

With limited exceptions, returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Goddess Cave E-Gift Card.

Goddess Cave does not issue store credit for shipping charges.

All clearance items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned for store credit.

Goddess Cave do not provide prepaid return labels; you are responsible for covering shipping costs to return.

Please be sure to send us your item(s) back in full accordance with our Return Policy:

  • Items must be sent back within 14 days of the delivery date.   

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached. Shoes must be unworn, show no signs of wear, and returned in their original packaging.
